  • Checklist for Routing Public Works Contract
  • Contract Routing Sheet: Attach to front of contract documents for tracking review and approval by various departments.
  • Public Works Contract: Use this contract for all public works, including all work, construction, alterations, repairs or improvements executed at the cost of the City.
  • SMALL Public Works Contract: Use this contract for public works projects with contractors obtained through the small works roster process (for contracts $350,000 or less) - RCW 39.04.155
  • NON-EXCLUSIVE On-Call Public Works Contract: Use this contract for non-exclusive, on-call public works, including all work, construction, alterations, repairs or improvements executed at the cost of the City.

  • Change Order Routing Sheet: Attach to front of all change order documents for tracking review and approval by various departments.

  • ARPA Addendum to Agreement:  Include signed ARPA Addendum for projects using American Rescue Plan Funding ("ARPA").
  • Certification of Debarment - Include Certificate of Debarment for ARPA funded projects or federal Grants
